Don’t Forget India
India’s Department of Science and Technology (DST) is finally interested in developing quantum computers to the point of planning to fund the development projects. Multiple organic Inidan academic institues have also joined the quest. Though India acknowledges quantum computing — in a functional sense — is still years away, the DST has stated “the time has come to build one.”
