The Cyber Age, Artificial Intelligence, and Quantum Computing Should Have Made the World a Better Place ‘Future tense, it will be war of technologies next’
China or the United States, or… What Nation will Lead the 4th Industrial Revolution? U.S.-China Trade War and the Fourth Industrial Revolution Selected notes ~
A quantum-technology military arms race between the U.S. and China is on. Given China’s ‘impressive effort to turbocharge quantum research’ in military-applied quantum technology and the U.S.’ quiet but known efforts, the gap between these powerful nations is closing.
This work argues quantum computing will not destabilize our world. Two foundational points are made: “Uncertainty [is] an important cause of war” and “institutions [are] an important source of information”.
