Australia and India Sign Cooperation Agreement for Quantum Computing and Cyber Resilience

The governments of India and Australia have signed a cooperative agreement to enhance forward leaning cyber technologies. 

During a virtual summit, India’s Prime Minister Modi and Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison came to agreement, June 4. 

The agreement will infuse $12.7 million into research and development of cyber resilience-related quantum computing, artificial intelligence and robotics technologies. 

The end-goal over the four year collaboration is to improve Australian and Indian cyber resilience.  Qubit
